Easy Form 50 is a semi-automatic machine designed for forming American-style cartons. The machine folds the four lower flaps and holds them in place during the filling operation. The Easy Form 50 can be combined with a carton sealer and outfeed roller to create a compact and efficient semi-automatic packaging line.The operator inserts the box at an angle and presses downwards to fold the front and back flaps. Then, the box is pushed forwards to activate the pneumatic control which closes the lateral flaps and keeps the bottom of the box closed during the filling operation.
