Goldtape 50R – 65R – 80R is a semi-automatic, self-dimensioning carton sealer that seals the top and bottom of American type boxes of varying sizes with adhesive tape. During the semi-automatic work cycle, the operator fills the box, folds the top flaps, and sends it to the sealer. During the automatic work cycle, the box arrives from an automatic line with the top and bottom flaps folded. Upon arriving at the machine, the box activates micro-switches that adjust the machine according to the dimensions of the box. The box is simultaneously sealed top and bottom as it passes through the sealer.The machine's technical description includes a folded, painted, and riveted sheet metal frame with a planar sliding mechanism of metal rollers. The entry plane has idle rollers with a pneumatic centering/stabilizing group for the box. The movement of the boxes is facilitated by two lower lateral belts driven by a single motor. The machine has safety protections with a metal and methacrylate frame (CE certification).
