Matic Tape 50 CF carton sealer is an automatic machine designed for use on fully automatic lines without operator supervision. It features inlet and outlet rollers, making it a practical and straightforward packing station. The machine is pneumatically driven, and electronic management is governed by a SIEMENS® PLC.The machine self-adjusts to the boxes, automatically folds the four upper flaps, and seals the top and bottom of variable-sized American-type boxes automatically. The machine structure is made of folded, welded, and painted steel sheet. Four lateral bottom belts controlled by four motors regulate box feeding.Additionally, the infeed roller conveyor on the Matic Tape 50 CF automatic taping machine can be replaced with an automatic centering device that allows the cartons to be taped to be cadenced at the machine's infeed using special sensors placed on the guide of the conveyor belt of the boxes.SPECIFICATION:
