Pack former 50 SB is a packaging station designed for forming, taping, and strapping boxes. It consists of a box forming section with a pusher cylinder and a taping and strapping section. The machine is equipped with two adjustable lateral drive belts that allow for the sliding of different box sizes and has a box transfer speed of 22 m/min. The Pack Former 50 SB is the ideal solution for forming, sealing, and strapping American type boxes with the simultaneous application of adhesive tape on the top and bottom central line of the box.The efficient taping head ensures perfect alignment of the flaps and optimum sealing. After taping, the box slides to the strapping machine, which automatically applies one or two parallel strappings. The distance between the strapping can be adjusted by regulating the photocells that detect the box.
