Rope reduction of the filmA pre-stretch system for stretch film wrapping of pallets allows for efficient use of the stretch film, even for light or unsteady pallets. The stretch film is supplied in the correct amount by rollers operated by a motor, with an electronic system to keep tension constant on the entire pallet's surface. The motorized pre-stretch system can increase film efficiency up to 300%.The Dual Motor version of the system is designed for even greater film savings and economic benefits, with a variable stretch factor of up to 400%, while operating on the same principle as the single motor version.
